These Messaging Terms govern text messages sent by John Kahl Mentorship and Consulting, LLC d/b/a ACLRx ("we," "us," "Company"). They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
We send text messages about your inquiry, your scheduled calls, your program, and, if you opt in to marketing, occasional offers and content. Messages come from our business number, 1-844-541-1362, or from a number we use for scheduling and support.
You consent by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — on a web form or funnel page, in a direct message or chat, on a call, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You represent that the number you give us is yours and that you may receive texts on it, and you agree to tell us if it changes or is reassigned.
You may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, program and account messages, customer support replies, and marketing messages if you opted in. Message frequency varies with your activity and where you are in the program.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also email us at the address below. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages tied to a program you have purchased.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier filtering and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any message arrives.
Our messaging program is offered to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada. We do not send program messages to numbers outside those countries.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf. Everything else about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send us medical emergencies by text. If you have an emergency, or new or worsening pain, swelling, instability, or any sign of infection, contact your medical provider or emergency services.
Anything you send us about your injury or health is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Messaging Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date shows when. Continued participation after we post an update means you accept it.
